Mountix

Capabilities

Engineered, made, delivered.

Mountix is a mounting-structure manufacturer with engineering in front of it — we take responsibility for the structure from the drawing to the bundle on site.

Ground-mounted structures

Fixed-tilt table systems for utility and open-field projects, engineered around the module layout and the site's loading.

Rooftop structures

Structures for industrial and commercial roofs, worked around the existing building rather than imposed on it.

Carports and custom structures

Purpose-designed structures where the array is also shelter, and one-off structures that do not fit a standard table.

Engineering to delivery

From the drawing set through manufacture to sections cut, counted and bundled for the sequence your crew builds in.

How we work

Rolled to your drawing

Sections are formed to the profile the design calls for, not selected from a catalogue and made to do. Web, flange, lip and thickness are set per member.

Cut to length, bundled to the table

Members arrive cut, counted and bundled the way the site will use them, so a crew opens a bundle and builds a table rather than sorting steel.

Traced from coil to delivery

Every section is tied to the coil it was rolled from and the delivery note it left on. If a question is asked six months later, it can be answered.

Scheduled against your build

Production is planned around the sequence the site erects in, so the first tables can go up while the last are still being rolled.

Materials

Galvalume AZ150
550 MPa

The default for module mounting — aluminium-zinc coated for coastal and open-field exposure.

Galvalume AZ200
550 MPa

Heavier coating mass where the site is harsher or the design life is longer.

Posmac ZM450
500 MPa

Zinc-magnesium-aluminium, for corrosion performance beyond conventional galvanising.

Pre-galvanised
E210 · HDGI 80

Where a galvanised finish is specified over a mild-steel base.

Mild steel
E250 · E350

Structural grades for members that are galvanised after fabrication.

Sections we roll

Formed to the profile the design calls for.

Hat purlin

Carries the modules. Rolled in long single lengths so a table spans with fewer joints.

C-lip channel

Rafters, columns and bracing. Lipped for stiffness against the wind load the array carries.

U channel

Framing and secondary members.

L angle

Bracing and fixing details, cut to length.
