Cold-formed mounting structures for solar — purlins, rafters and table sections rolled to your drawing, cut to length and bundled the way your crew will build.
Mounted on Mountix steel
Every section leaves the line traceable to the coil it was rolled from and the note it travelled on. That is what lets a crew open a bundle and build a table, rather than sort steel in a field.

What we roll
The workhorse of a module table — purlins, rafters, columns and bracing. Lipped for stiffness against the wind load the array has to carry for twenty-five years.
Rolled in long single lengths so a table spans with fewer joints, which is fewer bolts on site and fewer places for a fixing to work loose.
Plain channel for framing and secondary members, rolled to the same tolerances as everything else that leaves the line.
Angles for bracing and fixing details, cut to length so nothing has to be trimmed on site.
If the design calls for a section we don't list, send the drawing. Most of what we roll started as somebody's drawing.
The portfolio
One mark per recent project, sized by capacity — ground-mount, rooftop and custom structures. Across our full history: 32+ clients and over 100 MW of arrays standing on steel we made.
Delivery footprint
Customer and project locations we serve, from our works at Sanand — 6 states, from the Thar to Bengaluru.

Sections are formed to the profile the design calls for, not selected from a catalogue and made to do. Web, flange, lip and thickness are set per member.
Members arrive cut, counted and bundled the way the site will use them, so a crew opens a bundle and builds a table rather than sorting steel.
Every section is tied to the coil it was rolled from and the delivery note it left on. If a question is asked six months later, it can be answered.
Production is planned around the sequence the site erects in, so the first tables can go up while the last are still being rolled.
Materials
The default for module mounting — aluminium-zinc coated for coastal and open-field exposure.
Heavier coating mass where the site is harsher or the design life is longer.
Zinc-magnesium-aluminium, for corrosion performance beyond conventional galvanising.
Where a galvanised finish is specified over a mild-steel base.
Structural grades for members that are galvanised after fabrication.
Bill of materials, table configuration, or a sketch on a napkin — whatever stage you're at, we can price it.
